What it does
Every evening at 18:00 BeeGentic reads tomorrow's appointments from Google Calendar, the AI writes a friendly reminder, and Twilio texts each client.
Many appointments? Put a Loop block around the Agent and Twilio steps to send one SMS per event.
You'll need
- Google Calendar with the client's phone number in each event's description
- A Twilio account: Account SID, Auth Token (save it as
TWILIO_AUTH_TOKEN) and a Twilio phone number

Read tomorrow's events
Integrations → Google Calendar.
