Answers to the questions new BeeGentic users ask most.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You connect blocks and fill in fields. A Function block is there if you ever want a little JavaScript or Python.
How much does it cost to run a workflow?
Every run uses Credits from your CleverCreator plan. Simple steps cost a fraction of a credit; AI steps cost more, depending on the model. If you use your own AI key (BYOK), AI steps only use a small platform fee. See Logs for the cost of each run.
Why doesn't my schedule or email trigger run?
Triggers only run after you Deploy. After changes, deploy again. See Run, deploy and logs.
Can BeeGentic post to Facebook and Instagram?
Yes, through the Buffer block (recipe). See What each platform can do.
Can it upload videos to YouTube?
Not yet. It can read YouTube (your videos, comments, trends) and promote new videos elsewhere (recipe). Upload is on the roadmap.
Is my data safe?
Connected accounts and secrets are encrypted. Workspaces are private to your team. Secrets ({{NAME}}) never appear in workflows or logs.
Can the AI make mistakes?
Yes. For anything public (posts, emails to customers), add a Human approval step or save drafts instead of sending, as several recipes do.
