User Data Deletion

You can remove BeeGentic's access to any connected account, or delete everything, at any time. Pick the option that fits.

Option 1: Disconnect one account in BeeGentic

1. Sign in to BeeGentic at app.beegentic.ai.
2. Open Integrations and click the connection (for example your Facebook Page, Instagram account, Threads profile or Google account).
3. Click Disconnect.

What is deleted: the access token, refresh token and account details BeeGentic stored for that connection, immediately. Workflows that used it stop working for that account until you connect it again. Your workflows and past run logs are kept until you delete them.

Option 2: Remove BeeGentic from Facebook, Instagram or Threads

When you remove BeeGentic in Meta's settings, Meta notifies BeeGentic automatically and we delete every BeeGentic connection and stored access token for that account as soon as the notification arrives. You don't need to contact us.

• Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites) → BeeGentic → Remove.
• Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites → Active → BeeGentic → Remove.
• Threads: Settings → Account → Website permissions → BeeGentic → Remove.

After a deletion request through Facebook, Meta shows you a confirmation code and a link where you can check its status.

Option 3: Remove BeeGentic from Google

Go to myaccount.google.com/permissions, select BeeGentic and choose Remove access. BeeGentic can no longer reach your Google data. Disconnect the Google connection in BeeGentic too (Option 1) to delete the stored token.

Other services (Slack, Notion, LinkedIn, X and so on) have a similar "connected apps" page in their settings.

Option 4: Delete your whole BeeGentic account

1. Sign in to BeeGentic at app.beegentic.ai.
2. Open Settings → General.
3. Next to Delete account, click Delete and type your email address to confirm.

What is deleted, immediately: your BeeGentic account, all connected accounts and their tokens, your saved secrets and API keys, and the workspaces that only you own, with their workflows, run logs, files, knowledge bases and tables. Workspaces you share with other members are handed over to another member instead of being deleted, so their work isn't lost.

Copies in backups are overwritten on a rolling basis.

Your CleverCreator account (if you sign in with it) is separate. To delete it, follow the CleverCreator Privacy Policy.

Option 5: Ask us to delete your data

If you can't sign in, or want us to delete specific data, contact us through the CleverCreator contact form or at support@beegentic.ai. Tell us the email address of your BeeGentic account and, for a connected account, which service and account name.

We may need to confirm you own the account. We will confirm your request within 3 business days and complete it within 30 days.

What we may keep

We may keep a small amount of information when the law requires it, to resolve disputes, or to prevent fraud and abuse, for example a record that an account was deleted (without your name or email). See the Privacy Policy for details.
