Turning on integrations
OAuth apps and settings each integration needs. For BeeGentic admins.
Who this is for: BeeGentic admins and operators.
Why a block can be missing: users connect Gmail, Slack, LinkedIn and similar apps through OAuth apps that we register once with each provider. Until an admin registers the app and sets its client ID and secret, that provider's blocks stay hidden or fail to connect. LinkedIn, X, Reddit, WordPress, Outlook and Teams are hidden from the Toolbar until they're configured.
How to switch one on
- Create an OAuth app in the provider's developer console (links below).
- Add the redirect URI for each environment:
https://<app host>/api/auth/oauth2/callback/<callback id>.- Dev host:

- Store the client ID and secret in Key Vault:
cc-beegentic-dev-kvfor dev,cc-beegentic-prd-kvfor prod. Use the env-var names below, with-instead of_. - Add them as environment variables on the Coolify app (https://nabiha.beegentic.com → BeeGentic → env → app → Environment Variables), then redeploy.
- Check it works: the block appears in the Toolbar, and Connect opens the provider's consent screen.

No OAuth app needed (users bring their own key)
These blocks take a key or bot token from the user, usually stored as a workspace Secret:
- Buffer: API key. This is the route to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X and TikTok.
- YouTube: YouTube Data API key.
- Discord: bot token.
- Telegram: bot token from @BotFather.
- ChatterMate:
cm_live_API key. - Webhook Trigger: no key; the URL is generated.
- AI models (Agent block): the provider API key, unless platform keys are configured.
Social platform reviews to start early
The approvals below take weeks, so apply before launch (see PLAN §7):
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram): Business Verification + App Review
- LinkedIn: Community Management API
- X: paid API tier
- TikTok: Content Posting audit
- Google: OAuth verification, plus a YouTube quota extension
Until they're approved, Buffer gives users Facebook and Instagram publishing straight away.
